Prayer of Salvation
Dear Lord Jesus, I know that according to your Word in John 3:3, I must be born again to see the kingdom of God. Father, I know I am a sinner. I believe Christ died for me. I believe that he died on the cross for me and rose again from the dead. I repent and turn from my sins.
I need you, Jesus. I no longer want to be in control of my life. Please come into my heart, forgive me of my sins, and be my personal Lord and Savior from this day forward. Please give me the strength by your precious Holy Spirit to live for you.
Please forgive me of my sins…I want to turn from my sins. Jesus, thank you for the gift of salvation. I promise to obey you with the help of the Holy Spirit and to follow you all the days of my life. In Jesus Name….

Sample Prayer to Release Trauma
(Use portions that are appropriate for the individual.)
Lord Jesus, I ask that you come as the Prince of Peace and bring your peace to _____________. Come and establish your dominion of peace in ___________ and manifest yourself in such a way that ___________ will know that you are here. Enable ____________ to feel the depths of your love.
In your name, I rebuke any forces of darkness that seek to harm _____________ in any way or have tried to keep him/her locked in this prison of trauma. You have not given ____________ a spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind. I claim this for him/her today. I ask that you be like a poultice and draw from _______________ all the pain, trauma, shock, fear, terror, and shame, and bring it to death on your cross. You suffered and died for ______________, and we appropriate all that you accomplished for ______________. Pour in your love and grace, and by the power of the Holy Spirit remove any trauma that has been stored in the cells of _____________’s body. Restore the cells to perfect order and vibration.
Lord, I bless the very moment of conception when _____________ came to be. I bless every moment that _______________ was in his/her mother’s womb. Holy Spirit, I ask that you brood over the original DNA. Restore all vibration, frequencies, and tones within _____________ and remove anything that is not of you.
Heavenly Father, I ask that You remove any trauma experienced in the womb, absorbed from others while there, or passed down through the generations. I ask you to heal the very DNA and remove all shock, trauma, fear, terror and shame that have come through his/her generational flow.
Together we plant the cross of Jesus Christ firmly between ___________ and his/her generations who traumatized others or manipulated, dominated or controlled through fear and torment. Release your precious blood and heal all unresolved grief and pain.

Heavenly Father, please remove the trauma from ________________’s ears and eyes. With the blood of Jesus Christ, wash over any sounds or images “seared” upon the soul. Remove the trauma that has come from any harmful or harsh words spoken and remove any dis-harmony, dis-ease or dis-order that these words or images have provoked.
Sing your song of love over ___________ and bring everything with him/her into agreement with your song and original design. In the Name and the blood of Jesus Christ, I prophesy order and healing to your spirit, soul and body.
Remove any trauma or shame that is associated with scent. Remove any trauma from the skin.

Lord Jesus, bring to death any old ways of responding and reacting to shock, trauma, fear, and terror. Dismantle ungodly structures of defense and establish new neurological connections to the joy center of the brain. Rebuild within ________________ new godly structures of defense based on scripture. Build trust in you, Lord and true understanding of his/her spiritual authority as a son/daughter of the Most High God.
Fill every cell with Your peace and healing grace. Displace any darkness with your light. Keep _____________ in Your perfect peace, especially in the night, and bring Your rest. Send heavenly hosts to guard ____________ as he/she sleeps, and quiet him/her with your love.

Forgiving others:
Lord Jesus, ________________ has wounded me by ______________________. I really don’t feel like forgiving. In my flesh, I want to retaliate. However, since forgiveness is for me, I would like to ask the Holy Spirit to help me forgive ______________ from my heart.
___________________ I forgive you for __________________________.
Lord, I do not want to hold on to bitterness and anger. Take my hurt to the cross and help me cancel the debt I have against _______________. If I crossed the line and judged this person for what they did, please forgive me for that. I receive your forgiveness now and choose to walk in your unmerited favor and grace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Forgiving God:
God, I became angry at you and judged you when you did not ________________ _________________. I have been harboring unforgiveness in my heart and not wanting to admit it. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I choose to forgive you and release all my anger, bitterness, disappointment, and sorrow to the cross today. I also ask you to forgive me for judging you. Thank you for forgiving me and giving me a new relationship with you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Forgiving yourself:
Lord Jesus, when I sinned against you by ______________________________________ I felt like I could never be forgiven. I have judged myself to be a bad person. I have been angry at myself and consequently have not only hurt myself but others as well, by my own self-condemnation. I’ve been beating myself up for years. I am grateful to know that you don’t condemn me. (State your name outloud) ________________________ I forgive you for ______________________________. Jesus, forgive me for judging myself and give me a fresh start today. Thank you for your blood that cleanses me from all unrighteousness. Help me walk in a newness of life today knowing that you have forgiven me. In Jesus’ name.

Sample Prayer to Repent for Believing Lies
Dear Lord, I repent for believing ______(name the lie specifically)_______. I come out of agreement with it and break its power over me. I confess that I have sinned against You, others and myself by embracing this lie.
This lie has caused me to feel ______(“ashamed,” “fearful,” “angry,” “hurt,” “sad,” etc.)______. I tried to protect myself from that pain by __(confess your “structure of defense”, i.e. hardening my heart/giving up/striving to prove that the lie wasn’t true/pride/judging those who hurt me/criticizing others. etc.)___. But I realize now that those things have not protected me; they have only helped “cement” this lie into my heart. Please forgive me Lord and heal me.
I can see that this lie entered my heart when _________(describe the specific wounding; the hurtful thing done, or the lack of the necessary good thing)_________. I choose to forgive ________________, and to release my “right” to hold this offense against him/her/them.
I repent for the times when I have spoken lies over myself, and disdained my _________ (body/looks/intelligence/creativity, etc.)_________. I come out of agreement with the enemy and break any alliance I have made with him. In Jesus’ name.
Forgive me for the ways that I have turned from life through _____(thoughts of suicide/not wanting to be here/wanting or trying to be someone else/passivity/hopelessness, etc.)___. I repent, and choose to turn toward the life, purpose and destiny that you have given me.
Listening portion of this prayer: Lord, I choose now to believe Your truth instead of this lie. What do you have to say to me or show me? Sit quietly. The Word says “My sheep hear my voice!” You will hear or sense Him! (Record or share with prayer minister whatever you hear, sense or feel).
Sample Prayer to Cancel an Inner Vow
Lord Jesus, forgive me for making an inner vow that __(I won’t or I’ll never, or I’ll always) _____________________________________. I realize in this area of my life I have taken control and shut you out. I renounce this vow and break its power over me. I forgive _______________________ for tempting me to make this vow and I ask you to forgive me for judging ____________. I speak to my body and my soul to no longer obey this inner vow. Lord Jesus, bring new life where this inner vow once brought death. I now choose to bless those who tempted me to make this vow.
