BECKY DICHARRY, LPC

Prayer Minister

I was baptized as a young child and grew up in a faith-filled home. My parents divorced when I was a baby and as a result rejection issues took a deep root in my heart. Growing up, I went to counseling to deal with the issues of rejection but never fully healed. Although I experienced significant trauma and abandonment at an early age, I can look back and see God’s protection and provision in my life. In 2016, a friend invited me to a Heart Matters class and assured me it would be life-changing. Little did I know at the time that God would use this class to change the trajectory of my life. During Heart Matters, I truly began to understand my identity in Christ, God’s grace, forgiveness, and the beauty of inner healing. It was a painful process and at times it felt like I was going through emotional open-heart surgery but the healing I received gave me freedom in many areas of my life. I went on to take Healing Hearts of Children and Passion for Purpose to further the healing process.

In 2018, I met Sherry at a couples retreat and felt a strong calling to begin training for prayer ministry through Elijah House 201. I also began to facilitate Passion for Purpose and Healing Hearts of Children for a small group of women. Having the opportunity to share these life-giving truths and offer others the opportunity to experience the freedom of inner healing brings me great joy and is my life’s passion.
